"The Oregon Health Authority also reported a total of 92 known new cases -- 79 had been confirmed with positive test results and another 13 were presumed to be COVID-19. That brings the total number of known cases in the state to 3,160.

The new cases were reported during a 24-hour period from Friday morning to Saturday morning. They were located in the following counties: Benton (1), Clackamas (6), Clatsop (1), Coos (1), Deschutes (1), Hood River (1), Jefferson (2), Lane (1), Linn (2), Malheur (1), Marion (37), Multnomah (24), Polk (2), Umatilla (4), Washington (6), Yamhill (2).

Three of Oregon’s 36 counties -- Gilliam, Lake and Wheeler -- haven’t identified a single case yet. These rural counties have a combined population of about 11,000.

Nearly 75,000 tests have been conducted on Oregonians since late February, when the first COVID-19 patient was identified."

"Nearly" is used to imply that 75, 000 is a large number of tests for the State of Oregon.

If the purpose is to assuage, placate, and Cover for the criminal state of health care in Oregon and the USA, good try.
