When slightly charred/cooked, add carrot 2 minutes on low heat
Remove contents from cast iron
Heat pita in skillet, flip
Cover in grated sharp cheddar or cheese available (vegan cheese if need)
Cover in sauteed veggies content, lid 1-2 min. On low heat.
Top w/ nutritional yeast, salt, chilli powder
Remove, fold pita into sandwich, fajita style
Eat w/ fingers or knife/fork
Vary ingredients to taste or pantry need.
