"Portland Mayor-elect Keith Wilson has tapped a veteran of ballot measure campaigns and former City Hall insider to serve as his chief of staff.
Aisling Coghlan, who most recently served as a leader at the Democratic Party of Oregon, got the nod to be Wilson’s top staffer. She led successful campaigns on ballot measures including on marriage equality and the Portland Children’s Levy. And being married to Mark didn't hurt, talented as they are in their own right."

"Three days after sweeping into the Portland mayoral spot, Charlie Hales has begun the tedious transitional tasks that’ll shape his administration’s early months.
Hales said Friday that Aisling Coghlan, former chief of staff to Portland City Commissioner Dan Saltzman, will oversee his transition team.
Coghlan, who’s worked as a campaign consultant since leaving Saltzman’s office in the early 2000s, is not applying for a position on Hales’s staff, Hales said."
