 whom Biden kept referring to using male pronouns – 

 should get to decide whether a woman can have an abortion, 

 Biden abandoned his party’s vigorous and effective attempts to frame abortion as a matter of freedom and rights."

Biden has so far indicated that he opposes an expansion of the court."  


Biden says he supports changing Senate filibuster rules to protect abortion rights. All 50 Democratic U.S. senators would need to back a filibuster change, and it's not clear whether they do.
