now i am dealing with insurance wonks and it is very frustrating.

at this point, i am hating USAA. their driver got a citation for hitting us and he admits being at fault, yet they stall and stall on taking responsibility.

well screw them...and if YOU need an insurance company, think thrice before putting your money, life, and safety in the hands of USAA.
