Obama Abides No Freedom Nor Adheres to No US Constitutional Notion of Individual Rights

The President said:

"For America must always stand on the side of freedom and human dignity.

Abroad, America’s greatest source of strength has always been our ideals.

The same is true at home.

We find unity in our incredible diversity, drawing on the promise enshrined in our Constitution:

the notion that we are all created equal, that no matter who you are or what you look like, if you abide by the law you should be protected by it;

that if you adhere to our common values you should be treated no different than anyone else."

____________

just look at the choice of words: the "promise" of the Constitution?

the "promise" of the Constitution?

promise :" an assurance one will or will not undertake a certain action, potential for achievement, seem likely to, give an indication of,

the "notion" of equality?

"notion:" a concept, idea, opinion, vague view of understanding, inclination, fancy, or whim

one need "abide" by laws to be protected by them? since when? laws are enforced on lawBREAKERS who DO NOT abide by laws.

"abide:" tolerate, endure, stand, suffer, support, bear

and finally, must we "adhere" to some fuzzy concept of "common values" to be treated equally?

"adhere:" stick fast to, give allegiance to

I am rather flabbergasted at the grave import of these statements of carefully chosen words, coming from a Constitutional "scholar."

I am truly shocked at how plainly he is saying: we have no inherent rights.

They are all qualified by our conduct and appearance to others!

the US Constitution: inherent rights embodied by fundamental principles of governing.

that is my definition, and one of my favorite gods.
